CBHS has teamed up with North Georgia Physicans Group to offer student athlete physicals for $15 on Saturday, May 2 at NGPG Family Medicine - Chestnut Mountain from 10:00 - 11:30 a.m. Payment can be made through the MyPaymentPlus app or by card on site. No cash. Students must have a signed health history and printed physical exam/medical eligibility forms to attend.
